About NeoArc Studio

Built by architects who got tired of watching documentation rot while systems moved on without it.

You have probably lived this. The architecture diagram in Confluence was last updated eighteen months ago. The data model on the wiki contradicts the one in the slide deck, and both contradict the code. Three people on the team understand how the system actually works, and one of them is about to leave.

Architecture knowledge disappears. Not dramatically, but steadily - into people's heads, abandoned slide decks, and whiteboard photos nobody can find.

Why we built it

We spent over twenty years designing and delivering systems in banking, insurance, legal, and other regulated industries. Environments where architectures must be understandable, auditable, and able to survive team changes and regulatory scrutiny.

We kept reaching for a tool that treated architecture as a first-class artefact - something versioned, reviewable, and durable - and it did not exist. So we built it.

Who built this

NeoArc Studio is built by architects and technical leaders from regulated industries. We have led engineering teams, designed platforms handling millions of daily transactions, and worked within strict governance and compliance constraints.

That background shapes every decision in the product. We have seen what happens when architecture lives only in slide decks. We have felt the cost of decisions that could not be traced or revisited. And we have spent enough time maintaining long-lived systems to know that clarity today is resilience tomorrow.

Not just for enterprise architects

Despite the depth of experience behind it, NeoArc Studio is not built exclusively for enterprise architecture teams. Whether you are sketching an early idea, aligning a delivery team, or documenting a system for long-term maintenance, the goal is the same: make the system easier to understand and easier to change.
