Form Block
Embed data collection forms directly into any content page. Forms are defined in Site Settings and rendered inline with full validation, submission handling, and spam protection.
The Form block embeds a data collection form directly into a content page. Forms are defined in Site Settings and linked by reference, so any changes to the form definition are automatically reflected wherever the form is embedded.

Form Block vs Navigation Link
Forms can be accessed in two ways on a published site:
| Method | Description | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Form Block | Embeds the form inline within page content | Landing pages, contextual forms alongside related content |
| Navigation Link | Links to a dedicated form page from the top menu, sidebar, or footer | Standalone forms that deserve their own page |
