You are editing an architecture map. Architecture maps display the complete data flow through your system - from external sources, through the model and projections, out to APIs and UI views - on a grid-based canvas.
Key actions
| Action | How to |

| Add nodes | Click Add Node to place a model, projection, integration, or external source on the grid |
| Position nodes | Drag nodes to arrange them on the grid. Nodes snap to grid cells |
| Add step flows | Connect nodes with step flow edges to describe data movement between stages |
| Add anchored elements | Attach decorative elements (icons, text, spanning blocks) to nodes with a relative grid offset |
| Save | Press Ctrl+S to save changes |
