Site Settings: Custom Sidebar
Replace the default content tree sidebar with a marketing-style icon sidebar. Configure items that link to content directories, pages, external URLs, or forms with custom icons and colours.
The Custom Sidebar tab replaces the default content tree navigation with a marketing-style sidebar. Instead of showing the full content hierarchy, the custom sidebar displays a curated list of icon-based navigation items that link to specific directories, pages, external URLs, or forms.
Enabling the Custom Sidebar
Toggle the Enabled switch to activate the custom sidebar. When disabled, the default content tree sidebar is shown.
Search Integration
The Include Search toggle adds a search icon button at the top of the sidebar. When clicked, the search panel opens for full-text search across all published content.

Managing Sidebar Items
Publishing Target Override
The custom sidebar can be overridden per publishing target. Each publishing target has a Use Marketing Sidebar toggle that controls whether the custom sidebar appears instead of the default content tree in that target's output.
