Creating Your First Document

This guide walks you through creating your first architecture documentation page. You will learn how to create a page, add content blocks, and prepare it for publishing.

Create a New Page

Set Page Properties

At the top of the editor, set the basic page properties:

Add Content Blocks

Pages are built from content blocks. There are two ways to add blocks:

For your first document, you will likely use these blocks:

Reorder Blocks

To change the order of blocks:

Drag and Drop
Click and drag the handle on the left side of a block, then drop it in the new position
Up/Down Buttons
Use the up/down buttons that appear when you hover over a block

To see how your page will look when published:

Publish Settings

Before your page appears on the published site, configure publishing:

Automatic Saving

Pages save automatically as you work. There is no save button and you never need to remember to save. Every change is preserved immediately.
