Before You Start
Step-by-Step
What Gets Generated
The PDF document is assembled in this order:
Front Cover
Full-bleed infographic page. Renders at the selected paper size with no margins. Appears as the first page of the document.
Table of Contents
Auto-generated from page headings if enabled. Clickable entries that jump to the correct page. Inserted after the front cover.
Content Pages
All selected pages rendered with headers, footers, content margins, and page numbers. Page breaks are respected where you placed them.
Back Cover
Full-bleed infographic page at the end of the document. Page numbers are not applied to the back cover.
After Generation
When generation completes, the wizard shows the output path and total page count. Two actions are available:
Open PDF
Open the generated PDF in your default PDF viewer to review the output immediately.
Reveal in File Explorer
Open the folder containing the generated PDF file in your system file explorer.
