Intent Graph Tools Reference

Complete reference for the 10 MCP tools and 2 resources available in the NeoArc Studio Intent Graph MCP server, covering knowledge graph queries, impact analysis, lineage tracing, coverage reporting, and dependency exploration.

Intent Graph MCP Server

The Intent Graph server provides read-only analytical access to the knowledge graph that connects every construct in the workspace. It scans pages, data model entities, schemas, REST endpoints, diagrams, views, and MCP definitions to build a relationship map, then answers questions about how things connect, what depends on what, and where documentation is missing.

This is the cross-cutting analytical capability that no other tool can offer. While the other MCP servers focus on CRUD for specific construct types, the Intent Graph server sees across all of them.

Search and Discovery

Find constructs across the entire workspace and explore their connections.

Impact and Lineage

Understand what would break before making changes. Trace data lineage from API contracts through schemas to model entities. Find how any two constructs are connected.

Coverage and Quality

Identify gaps in documentation, find isolated constructs, and discover which constructs are the most heavily referenced integration points.

Resources

Reference data describing the node and edge types in the knowledge graph.
